Despite being in a crowded area, the hotel itself was a haven of comfort and relaxation. The rooms were soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep, and the air conditioning kept us cool in the middle of the bustling city. The hotel amenities were amazing, especially the laundry service and airport shuttle, which made our stay all the more convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay.

It's literally in the center of Kuta, making it very convenient to explore the area. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with comfortable beds. I also loved that they had storage space for a large suitcase and the option of a dorm room with 20 beds. It was a great value for money, especially with breakfast included. I also enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop terrace, sipping on a cup of tea or coffee.
